How does onboarding work?

Two tracks, run in parallel. A web form walks you through one question at a time — mission, board bios, programs, donation processor login, key dates. You fill at your pace. Our AI agent calls you for a free-form 20–30 minute conversation. We blend both into the first design pass.

Which donation processors do you support?

Stripe, Donorbox, GiveLively, Network for Good, Classy, PayPal Giving Fund, and most others with an embed code or hosted page. We don't replace your donation processor — we integrate the one you already trust. If you're shopping for a new one, we have opinions: Donorbox is usually the right answer for small nonprofits.

What about email lists, CRM, peer-to-peer fundraising?

We integrate the tools you use — Mailchimp, Constant Contact, MailerLite for email. Bloomerang, NeonCRM, Little Green Light for CRM. Embedded forms and links rather than rebuilding the functionality. Your CRM stays the source of truth; the website is the front door.

How do I request updates after launch?

Two ways. Email us — describe what you need changed. Or call our AI agent to talk through it. Either way: we make the change on staging, send a preview link, you hit Approve, it goes live. You never log into a CMS.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel any time, no fee. We export your site as static HTML, hand it over, help you transfer the domain. You keep your content. No hostage situations. Keeps our priorities aligned — we only keep your business by making you happy.

How are you able to charge so much less than Wired Impact or Morweb?

We've streamlined the parts of nonprofit agency work that quietly bloat the bill — discovery phase, project management, account exec, 12-person internal kickoff. Our two-track onboarding cuts weeks of meetings to days. We stay in a few specific niches (small nonprofits, small schools, solo SLPs) so we know your world cold. What if I just want a one-time build, not a monthly plan?

We don't do that. The whole point of this model is you don't end up where you are now — with a frozen site no one maintains. If you want a one-time build, hire a freelancer. We'll happily refer.
